We are seeking dependable Production and Assembly Associates to join a growing plastic manufacturing team. These positions support day-to-day production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and working as part of a team.Available Shifts & Pay1st Shift: Monday Friday | 8: 00 AM 4: 30 PM | $16.00/hr2nd Shift: Monday Friday | 4: 00 PM 12: 30 AM | $18.50/hr3rd Shift: Sunday Thursday | 12: 00 AM 8: 30 AM | $18.50/hrKey Responsibilities:-Assemble plastic components or finished products according to work instructions-Operate basic production or assembly equipment (training provided)-Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met-Package, label, and prepare products for shipment-Maintain a clean and organized work area-Follow safety, quality, and production guidelinesQualifications:-Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks-Basic hand-eye coordination and attention to detail-Ability to follow written and verbal instructions-Reliable attendance and strong work ethic-Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not requiredWhat We Offer:-Consistent full-time schedules-Multiple shift options-Opportunity to gain manufacturing experience-Clean and structured work environment
