What You Will Do

Join our team at Lowe's and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring our store is clean, safe, and well-stocked with products customers need. As a Customer Service Associate/Loader, you will:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering their questions and assisting them with their needs.
• Efficiently retrieve, load, and replenish merchandise to enhance the shopping experience.
• Support customers and team members in safely moving products throughout the store.

Your primary responsibilities will involve loading merchandise into customers' vehicles and restocking shelves. Safety is paramount, as you will frequently lift and move merchandise during your shifts.

Travel Requirements: This position typically does not require regular travel, but occasional travel may be necessary for meetings, training, or assisting nearby locations.

What We're Looking For

This role offers part-time hours, generally ranging up to 25 hours per week, with flexible scheduling that includes morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week. Key requirements include:

• A strong physical ability to perform tasks that involve prolonged standing and lifting.
• The capacity to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and potentially exceed that with proper techniques.

What You Need To Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6 months of computer experience, including data entry and information retrieval.
• 6 months utilizing common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain any required sales-related licensure or registration as mandated by law.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months of retail experience.
• 6 months as a Loader in a home improvement or hardware store.
• 6 months of experience in any role within a Lowe's store.
• 6 months of retail merchandising experience, including stocking, maintaining signage, and ensuring a tidy display.
• 6 months of experience handling and loading products or materials in any industry.
