Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to every customer.
  • Process credit loan applications and leverage product knowledge to present effective loan solutions.
  • Maintain office cash securely and accurately.
  • Increase account volume through prudent judgment and customer outreach via the branch and telephone.
  • Reduce delinquent debt by contacting customers and collecting on overdue accounts.
  • Receive, track, and post all payments and fees in compliance with Company Policy.
  • Transport money and deposits to and from the bank safely.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, either in a retail/sales or cash management role.
  • Must pass drug screening, as well as criminal and credit background checks.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with liability insurance.

Working Conditions

This role involves working in an office that provides consumer loan products both in-person and over the phone. Typical working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required. Overtime may be necessary as determined by management.
