Join our dynamic team as an Accounting Operations Leadership Role!

As a key contributor, you will manage accounting operations, including reconciliations, fixed assets, financial reporting and analysis, regulatory compliance, and mentoring our Corporate Accounting team. Your expertise in GAAP accounting will ensure our adherence to US GAAP standards.

This position oversees the planning, execution, and reconciliation of general accounting tasks, serving corporate and administrative departments, and managing billing and collection processes from owners and franchisees.

In this role, you will lead the client business services organization, ensuring robust internal control procedures meet both internal and external requirements. Collaborate with Finance Business Partners, Finance Centers of Expertise, Legal, Owner and Franchise Services, and other Staff Operations to identify potential risks and seize opportunities while aligning financial plans with business objectives.

We are looking for someone who is ready to transform existing accounting functions with a strategic focus that includes leveraging technology, automation, and talent development. Your initiative will fundamentally alter departmental operations, shifting the focus from routine tasks to offering high-level business insights and strategic support for leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of finance and accounting experience.

• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA or MBA.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

• Demonstrated strong people management skills.

• Experience leading diverse, global teams is preferred.
