Responsibilities: • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Follow-up with leads to increase sales Qualifications: • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Technology driven • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Real estate license Compensation: $50,000 - $250,000 at plan
