Position Summary

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Production Technician. In this vital role, you will operate production equipment, ensure quality standards are met, and support our daily operations to achieve production targets. Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment.
  • Perform routine quality checks on products and materials.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production guidelines.
  • Maintain precise documentation and production records.
  • Assist with equipment changeovers, setups, and minor adjustments.
  • Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organized.
  • Identify production issues and communicate solutions to supervisors.
  • Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year of experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to read work instructions, safety guidelines, and use basic measurement tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new equipment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in automotive, industrial, or advanced manufacturing settings.
  • Knowledge of quality control systems or inspection tools.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S principles.
