Position Type: Part-Time
Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Wage Increases: Year 2 - $18.50 | Year 3 - $19.00 | Year 4 - $19.00 | Year 5 - $20.00

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and share essential information with your leader.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of documents and data relevant to your area.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions accurately, perform cleaning duties, and neatly stock shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Gather feedback for management on products, inventory discrepancies, scanning errors, and any general issues.
• Participate in inventory counts according to established guidelines and help ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Stock Associate Responsibilities:

• Efficiently stock shelves, ensuring product freshness is a priority.
• Implement merchandising planograms to create well-organized and attractive displays.
• Organize new inventory and manage packaging materials.
• Safely operate equipment and adhere to all safety protocols.

Physical Demands:
Regular tasks include sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking throughout the store.
Stock Associates must be able to stock merchandise and lift products weighing up to 45 pounds, placing them on shelves at various heights.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Perform general cleaning according to company standards.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures effectively.
• Possess excellent verbal communication skills.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Manage time efficiently.
• Familiarity with the company's products and services is a plus.

Cashier: Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
Stock Associate: Available for morning shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m. and capable of safely operating relevant equipment.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, with retail experience as an asset.
