Position Summary
The Product Manager is a strategic and execution‑focused leader responsible for driving the delivery and full lifecycle management of innovative pharmacy solutions that improve healthcare outcomes and reduce pharmacy costs. This role translates visionary concepts into scalable, high‑impact products by guiding requirements, development, launch, and ongoing optimization while ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs. Working closely with IT, Clinical, and Analytics partners, the Product Manager oversees roadmap execution, manages cross‑functional coordination, and maintains clear communication with stakeholders.
Essential Functions
- Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle; from requirements gathering and development through launch, iteration, and eventual sunset.
- Translate product vision into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications, driving clear execution plans.
- Ensure new features and enhancements are seamlessly integrated, thoroughly validated, and supported by data.
- Align development teams and stakeholders on goals, deliverables, KPIs, and strategic direction through consistent, timely communication.
- Partner with internal teams to address client feedback, resolve issues, and continuously improve product and service delivery.
- Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to proactively advise stakeholders on potential impacts.
- Provide input for product enhancement, new product development, and facilitate or influence changes to product portfolio to improve competitive position and optimal product performance.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of product requirements, workflows, and release notes.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support department and organizational needs.
Required Expertise
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within healthcare, IT, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), or health technology.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare, Business, or Technology.
- Demonstrated success managing complex product delivery cycles with cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence).
- Exceptional verbal, written, and listening skills; strong presenter and storyteller.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts, insights, and recommendations to leaders and partners at all levels in a clear, actionable manner.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and decision‑making capabilities.
- Ability to support sales through product collateral, training materials, and client demonstrations.
- Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and staying current with industry trends.
- Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.

- Experience operating in a lean environment where influence, adaptability, and cross‑team coordination are essential.
- Experience with contract management, vendor coordination, or third‑party integrations within healthcare ecosystems.
- Understanding of value‑based care models and how pharmacy solutions support population health initiatives.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and analytic platforms to inform product decisions.
