Why This Role Matters:
The Agent Services Representative position will be responsible for the processing of agent/agency onboarding paperwork, case ownership,
and agent maintenance to ensure accurately and timely completion of agent transactions. This position's primary focus will be agent and
agency onboarding but will also be required to assist with other types of transactions for agent maintenance. The position will be a part of
the sales operations team supporting the new internal administrative platform.
How You'll Contribute:
This role will process and review agent and agency onboarding paperwork to determine if it is in good order. For paperwork that is not in good order, the Agent Services Representatives will work directly with agents and back offices to resolve the outstanding issues.
