What You'll Be Doing (Besides Being Awesome):

• Help recruit, train, and inspire a team that brings the energy every day
• Run the show-open, close, and everything in between
• Coach and motivate the crew to crush sales and service goals
• Deliver sweet smiles to every guest, every time
• Handle the register, cash deposits, and keep things running like a pro
• Bake, decorate, and prep our iconic cookies and cakes
• Take care of light paperwork and store admin
• Keep the store sparkling clean, safe, and fun for everyone
• Be flexible-step in where needed to keep the magic going

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in retail, food service, or customer service
• Great communicator with natural leadership vibes
• Organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting
• Team player with an eye for detail
• Must be 18 or older
