Description:

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Weekend Production Operator to join their team. As a Weekend Production Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Weekend Production Operator (Paint)

Location: Knoxville, TN

Pay Range: $17.50-$19, DOE

Work 36 Hours, get paid for 40!!

Shift: 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Sundays, Fridays, and Saturdays

What's the Job?

  • Assist the production team in delivering quality products to customers

  • Work in designated roles such as Painter, Assembler, or Packer

  • Perform duties related to packing and order completion

  • Maintain safety rules and ensure a clean work environment

  • Understand and follow production workflow processes

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or GED, or at least 1 year of relevant work experience

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive motions

  • Tolerance to odors, fumes, heat, and noise levels

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk throughout a large facility

  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
