Position Summary

We're looking for a Fulfillment Center Team Lead to help lead our front-line operations in a fast-paced distribution center. This role is hands-on and people-first: you'll coach associates, drive daily productivity, uphold safety and quality standards, and help continuously improve how work gets done on the floor. If you enjoy leading teams, solving problems in real time, and turning chaos into clean execution - this is your lane.

This position is for our Night Shift, which operates from 6:30 pm to 5:00 am, four days a week; from either Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday. The Team Lead typically works from 6:00 pm through 5:30 am, with all hours worked in a single work week (Sunday-Saturday) paid at an overtime rate of 1.5 times base pay.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of hourly associates
  • Run daily floor execution (picking, packing, receiving, replenishment, or shipping)
  • Set clear expectations for safety, quality, productivity, and attendance
  • Conduct start-of-shift huddles and end-of-shift recaps
  • Monitor labor vs. volume and help adjust staffing in real time
  • Partner with Operations Supervisors and Managers on throughput goals and process improvements
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose practical solutions
  • Train newly hired associates cross-train team members
  • Enforce SOPs and escalate issues appropriately
  • Help create a positive, accountable, high-energy culture on the floor
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years leading people in a warehouse, distribution center, or production environment
  • Strong communicator who can coach in the moment
  • Data-driven mindset (productivity, quality, attendance, safety)
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions
  • Tech-comfortable (WMS, scanners, basic reporting)
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including peak seasons
Preferred, but not Required
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or apparel
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement / Lean basics
  • Bilungual (English/Spanish)
Physical Requirements
  • Able to stand, walk for up to 12 hours.
  • Able to push, pull, grasp, bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Must be able to read, speak, write and understand Basic English.
