Our client, a wellestablished local college, is seeking dependable Custodians to join their Facilities team. In this role, you will help maintain athletic buildings, campus event spaces, and general facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive to detail, and takes pride in keeping spaces in excellent condition.

Job Title: Custodian
Location: Knoxville, TN
Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shifts
Pay: $16/hr

What's the Job?
• Perform daily custodial duties and general cleaning of campus and athletic facilities
• Complete preventative maintenance and routine upkeep of various campus buildings
• Handle postevent cleaning for athletic games and campus events
• Assist with touchup painting on walls, rooms, and exterior surfaces
• Support event setup and teardown as needed
• Safely operate hand tools and small electric equipment

What's Needed?
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous custodial or facilities maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety practices
• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift
• Experience caring for different flooring and surface types is a plus
