Job Summary:

As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our buildings and grounds. You will be responsible for performing onsite and preventative maintenance to keep the property in excellent condition.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to all service and maintenance requests, completing them within 24 hours.
• Follow up on requests to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Be actively involved in execution of a comprehensive property maintenance and improvement plan.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents within 5 working days.
