We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will help assemble a variety of plastic and electrical components in a fast-paced production environment. Quality is a critical part of the job, and attention to detail is key to ensuring products meet appearance, fit, and performance standards. Team members are encouraged to cross-train and learn multiple assembly processes.Shifts & PayDay Shift: 6: 00 AM 6: 00 PM | Monday Friday | $16.50 per hourNight Shift: 6: 00 PM 6: 00 AM | Monday Friday | $18.00 per hourOvertime may be required based on production needs.Key Responsibilities:-Assemble plastic and electrical components by following work instructions-Perform visual and basic functional quality checks throughout the assembly process-Identify and report defects such as missing parts, misalignment, or wiring issues-Ensure completed assemblies meet quality standards before moving to the next step-Rotate between workstations and cross-train in multiple assembly areas-Follow production schedules and quality guidelines-Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe-Work cooperatively with team members and supervisorsRequirements:-Manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful, but not required-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment-Willingness to learn and cross-train in different assembly roles-Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work-Ability to perform repetitive tasks-Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs-Reliable attendance and positive work attitudeThis is a great opportunity for individuals looking for steady hours, hands-on work, and the chance to grow their skills in a supportive manufacturing environment!
