We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate forklifts, walkie riders, and tugs to move materials efficiently, help maintain a clean and organized warehouse, and support production goals. A positive attitude, dependability, and teamwork are key to success in this role.Shifts & Pay:1st Shift: Monday Friday | 8: 00 AM 4: 30 PM | $16.00/hr2nd Shift: Monday Friday | 4: 00 PM 12: 30 AM | $18.50/hr3rd Shift: Sunday Thursday | 12: 00 AM 8: 30 AM | $18.50/hrKey Responsibilities:-Operate forklifts, walkie riders, and tugs to move materials to proper departments or areas.-Wear proper safety equipment at all times.-Read daily production schedules to determine materials needed for production orders.-Load materials onto trucks or tugs and move items from production or storage areas to shipping or other designated locations.-Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to size, type, style, color, or product code.-Count materials in stock and report counts to lead, supervisor, or inventory specialist.-Organize warehouse and work areas to maintain orderliness and ensure safety.-Mark materials with identifying information using the appropriate method.-Weigh and count items for distribution to ensure compliance with company standards.-Perform computer functions necessary to track inventory and materials.-Work overtime as required to meet production needs.Qualifications:-Previous forklift experience preferred.-Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.-Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.-Able to lift and move materials as needed.Why Join Us:-Competitive pay based on shift.-Opportunities for overtime.-Supportive team environment with safety as a top priority.
