Office Clerk - Knoxville, TN

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our Oak Ridge-based client on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting day-to-day office operations.

Type: Temp, Full-Time

Location: Oak Ridge, TN

Pay: $15-17 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff
  • Assist with scheduling and maintaining office records
  • Provide support for administrative projects as needed
  • Assist with billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting support

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
