Requirements:

• High proficiency in QuickBooks
• 5+ years of work experience in accounting/bookkeeping role
• Experience in CPA Firm a plus!!!
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Logical Thinker
• Microsoft Office and Excel
• Independent able to work with minimal supervision after training
• Dependable

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Bookkeeping / Full cycle
• Journal Entries
• Monthly Account Reconciliation
• Generate reports as needed
• Other accounting duties as assigned

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): Per Hour
