Jewelry Television TikTok Social Selling Host

Position Overview

We're seeking dynamic, energetic sales professionals to host live shopping shows on TikTok. As a TikTok Live Sales Agent, you'll be the face of our brand, engaging audiences through 2-4 hour live streaming sessions while driving product sales and building lasting customer relationships. This role is onsite in Knoxville, Tennessee and not remote.

Key Responsibilities

Live Show Hosting

• Host engaging 2-4 hour TikTok live shopping sessions multiple times per week
• Present products with enthusiasm, authenticity, and deep product knowledge
• Create compelling demonstrations that showcase product benefits and features
• Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions and building community
• Maintain high energy throughout extended broadcasts

Sales & Revenue Generation

• Drive sales conversions through persuasive storytelling and product education
• Create urgency with limited-time offers, flash sales, and exclusive deals
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products during shows
• Track personal sales metrics and continuously improve performance
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets

End-to-End Show Management

• Plan show content, product lineup, and promotional strategies
• Set up lighting, camera angles, and broadcast environment
• Manage inventory display and product organization during shows
• Monitor comments and engagement metrics in real-time
• Handle technical aspects of the TikTok Live platform
• Follow up on customer inquiries and coordinate fulfillment when needed

Content & Community Building

• Develop creative hooks and formats to attract and retain viewers
• Build and nurture a loyal follower base
• Create pre-show and post-show content to promote upcoming lives
• Stay current with TikTok trends and integrate them into shows
• Collaborate on promotional strategies to maximize viewership

Required Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with strong closing abilities
• Comfortable and confident on camera with excellent presentation skills
• High energy personality with authentic, engaging communication style
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong understanding of TikTok platform and social media trends
• Ability to work independently and manage all aspects of live shows
• Reliable internet connection and suitable space for broadcasting
• Stamina to maintain enthusiasm during 2-4 hour live sessions
• Basic technical proficiency with mobile streaming and TikTok Live features

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous live streaming or on-camera hosting experience
• Experience with TikTok Shop or live commerce platforms
• Established TikTok following or social media presence
• Retail or direct sales background
• Product demonstration or influencer experience

Schedule & Commitment

• Flexible scheduling with minimum of 2 shows per week
• Shows typically last 2-4 hours
• Evening and weekend availability preferred for peak viewership
• Consistent schedule helps build loyal audience base
