Assembly Associate - Forks of the River Area
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift, 4-day workweek

We are seeking reliable and motivated Assembly Associates to join our team in the Forks of the River area. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training provided. If you are dependable, hardworking, and ready to start immediately, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do:

• Perform assembly tasks according to written and verbal instructions
• Work independently or as part of a team
• Maintain a steady work pace in a manufacturing environment
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards

Requirements:

• No previous manufacturing experience required
• Must have or be willing to obtain steel-toed shoes
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, push, and pull for the full shift
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-temperature controlled environment
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude are essential
• Must be able to communicate clearly and take direction
