Join our team at Weigels Auto Spa where every member, including management, plays an essential role in ensuring that our wash site functions smoothly and provides excellent service to our customers. Your daily tasks will include:

• Loading and prepping cars
• Cleaning and maintaining the wash area
• Assisting customers in various areas including the vacuum area and pay station
• Handling trash disposal and parking lot maintenance
• Promoting memberships to customers

As a Shift Lead (Full-Time or Part-Time), you will support the Site Manager by:

• Leading the on-site team in daily operations
• Ensuring adherence to the company's core values and policies
• Participating in training and workshops for personal development

Pay Rate: $16.00

Requirements:
As a Shift Lead, you will display the potential to advance to an Assistant Manager role. You will also be responsible for performing the daily tasks of a Crew Member while providing the highest level of customer service. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers at all service points
• Preparing vehicles for washing and ensuring proper loading
• Maintaining cleanliness across multiple areas of the site
• Following company guidelines for safety and operational excellence
• Upholding uniform and attendance policies
