Join our team as a Customer Support Representative for TurboTax, where you'll have the opportunity to work from home and assist customers with their inquiries regarding TurboTax products.

• Earn a competitive hourly wage of $18.50.

In this role, you'll help TurboTax customers by answering questions related to product usage and basic tax queries, such as:

• Downloading and logging into TurboTax
• Getting started with the software and basic navigation
• Importing documents, as well as printing and filing returns
