• Average Weekly Pay: $1,695 per week ($88,140 annually)
• Starting Pay: 63 cpm
• Average Weekly Miles: 2,100 - 2,500 miles
• Stop Pay: $20 per stop (average 5-8 stops per week)
• Additional pay for detention, layover, and breakdowns

Home Time and Schedule:

• Weekly home time
• Monday - Friday
• Start time varies
• Occasional weekend runs
• Dedicated Routes:
  • Run between Jackson, TN and Clinton, TN (meeting with another Averitt driver) or McDonough GA
• Possibility of third-party backhaul loads

Job Details:

• All Drop and Hook - no loading or unloading required
• All No Touch Freight - just drive and deliver
• Brand new tractors and trailers
• May be asked to fill in for other drivers due to vacation, absences, or other needs

• Must live within a 100-mile radius
• Must have 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must hold a valid Class A CDL
• No reckless driving convictions in the last 5 years
• No DUI convictions in the last 5 years
• No license suspensions or revocations in the last 5 years
• No serious moving violations in the last 12 months (e.g., 15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, fatal accidents involving a CMV)
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No preventable DOT-recordable accidents in the last 3 years

Essential functions:

• Load freight - lift requirement: 80 lbs
• Unload freight - lift requirement: 80 lbs
• Move freight - force requirement: 54 lbs
• Open/Close Trailer Doors - force requirement: 46 lbs
• Count freight
• Complete fuel tickets
• Obtain sales leads
• Hook/Unhook trailer - force requirement: 90 lbs (Class A Only)
• Perform pre-trip inspections
• Drive
• Regular predictable attendance
• Enter/Exit a Commercial Motor Vehicle
• Enter/Exit the rear of a trailer from ground level
