Join our team in a newly created role designed to keep our loan pipeline moving efficiently and accurately! We're looking for someone who enjoys owning the loan setup phase once a borrower goes under contract and likes working behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly. In this role, you'll partner closely with Loan Officers and Processors to organize files, issue disclosures, order third-party items, and review documentation for accuracy and compliance before the file moves to processing. You'll be involved with a high volume of files for short periods, collaborate heavily with internal teams, and play a key role in creating a clean, well-prepared handoff to closing. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in precise, organized work, this could be a great fit.
To be considered for this role, after submitting an application, please email your resume in PDF format to ...@waterstonemortgage.com and record a one-minute video cover letter (upload it to YouTube, Loom, or another video platform) explaining why you'd be a great fit. Include the link in your email.
