In this on-site, second-shift role, you will manage daily warehouse operations-including planning, organizing, directing, and controlling workflow-to achieve performance targets and service standards.You will oversee order selection, replenishment, loading, and shipping activities while ensuring productivity, accuracy, safety, and strong team performance. This role requires flexibility, particularly during peak business periods.Schedule: Monday-Friday, Second Shift starting at 3:00 PM EST, with flexibility required, including the potential to work Saturdays or extended hours during peak season.Primary Responsibilities:Team Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, hire, onboard, and train new team membersSchedule and assign work to ensure adequate staffing and workflow coverageProvide coaching, training, and retraining to drive development and performanceConduct staff meetings and ensure accurate, timely operational reportingFoster a collaborative, supportive work culture grounded in CVS Health valuesAdminister policies and procedures fairly and consistently across the teamOperational ExecutionLead daily operations in order selection, replenishment, loading, and shippingEnsure colleagues have all equipment, materials, and documentation needed for successMonitor workflow and adjust staffing based on volume and workload needsBalance workloads using real-time data to ensure timely completion of all tasksUtilize system reports and tools to forecast workload and resolve issues proactivelyChampion safety and quality while maintaining a compliant work environmentPerformance ManagementMonitor and evaluate employee performance for productivity, accuracy, and qualityProvide timely coaching and corrective action as neededEngage colleagues and promote a high-performance team cultureContinuous Improvement & CollaborationApply Lean/Six Sigma concepts to improve efficiency and reduce wastePartner with cross-functional teams across shifts to solve operational challengesAnalyze data and KPIs to make informed business decisionsCommunicate effectively across all organizational levelsWork Environment RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for most of the shiftFlexibility to work overtime or occasional weekend shifts as business needs dictateProficiency with warehouse systems, WMS tools, and related computer applicationsAbility to complete assignments within established timelines and work under general supervisionRequired QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to learn and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced operational environmentPreferred Qualifications2+ years of leadership experience in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operationsExperience supervising hourly/non-exempt teams in high-volume environmentsHands-on experience with Pick & Pack, order fulfillment, or replenishmentKnowledge of WMS, LMS, RF scanning, and warehouse automation systemsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other business applicationsLean/Six Sigma experience (Green Belt a plus)Compliance, DEA, or regulatory experienceAbility to analyze data and operational reports to drive performanceBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)EducationVerifiable High School Diploma or GEDAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $76,500.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
