Ross Stores - 6725 Clinton Highway - Responsibilities: Assist Customers in any way necessary - register-trained, assist Customers with merchandise, and answer Customer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.; Greet all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello, and express thanks with every transaction.; Maintain a clean and organized store by performing cleaning tasks and ensuring proper merchandise presentation.; Expedite newly received merchandise to the sales floor and merchandise items per monthly guidelines.; Understand and follow loss prevention and merchandise protection standards, MOS policies, and related procedures.
