What is the job? We are looking for a curious, analytical, and strategic Film Analyst to join Regal's Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will bridge the worlds of cinema and data - partnering with Film Leadership , Data Science, and cross-functional stakeholders to uncover what's driving film performance, audience behavior, and business outcomes across our theater network. This role goes beyond tracking box office numbers and building dashboards. You will act as a film industry detective, investigating ambiguous questions, exploring multi-source data (box office, concessions, loyalty, third-party), and forming hypotheses to understand what's happening, why it matters, and what Film Leadership should do next. You will also be a storyteller, translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives that influence film booking strategy, marketing decisions, and customer experience improvements.
