The Senior Procurement Specialist is responsible for the hands-on purchasing of printing plant materials, consumables, and office supplies to support daily operations. This role manages the full procure-to-pay process, including ordering, supplier coordination, contract compliance, purchase order to invoice reconciliation, and ensuring deliveries meet required timelines. The Senior Procurement Specialist works closely with internal departments and vendors to source materials, request and evaluate quotes, resolve discrepancies, and maintain inventory levels while controlling costs. This position also supports RFP and RFQ processes, monitors vendor performance, mitigates supply risks, and provides guidance to staff as needed.
