Truck Driver

We're looking for a reliable Class A Truck Driver based in Knoxville, TN to support our routes. This role offers steady work, consistent miles, and pay that reflects your time and experience.

Pay & Bonuses

• $0.52 per mile to start

• Higher mileage rates available based on experience

• $20 per backhaul, stop, or warehouse hour (more with experience)

• $11/hour for pre-trip, post-trip, and delay time (rate increases with experience)

• Regular pay reviews

Monthly Safety & Performance Bonus

• Earn up to $800 per month

Route Details

• 34 nights out per week

• Consistent freight

• Brokerage runs when needed

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operating a Class A vehicle

• Loading and unloading freight securely

• Following assigned routes and GPS directions

• Completing pre- and post-trip inspections

• Maintaining accurate logs and reporting issues

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL

• Clean driving record

• Current DOT medical card

• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• High school diploma or GED preferred
