Highway Express is hiring CDL A drivers for a dedicated customer program operating within established regional lanes. This position is structured for drivers seeking scheduled weekend home time, consistent delivery routes, and defined freight assignments.

Drivers assigned to this account service the same customer network across the Southeast, with occasional Midwest deliveries. Routes are planned to return drivers home each weekend, typically Friday or Saturday.

Freight & Delivery Structure

Freight is dry van and requires driver unload using roller carts. Unload compensation of $250 per load is provided in accordance with company guidelines. This account operates under dedicated scheduling with consistent weekly dispatch flow.

Pay Structure

Weekly pay is $1,400 to $1,600. Drivers are compensated for dispatched miles and unload pay per load as applicable. Company-paid orientation is provided upon successful onboarding.

Fleet Information
• Freightliner Cascadia tractors with automatic transmission
• Equipment maintained under three years old
• Take truck home permitted
• Assigned dry van trailers
• EZ Pass and PrePass provided

Tractors are assigned to promote familiarity and operational consistency.

Minimum Requirements

Valid Class A CDL required.
Minimum three months of recent local or regional tractor-trailer experience within the past year.
Experience operating equipment with a 40-foot or longer trailer.

This dedicated account operates under established customer agreements with consistent weekly routing and defined delivery schedules. Drivers remain assigned to the same freight network rather than rotating through irregular long-haul assignments.
