We are currently seeking motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our team in a fully remote travel customer support role. This position focuses on assisting clients with vacation research, reservations coordination, and general travel inquiries.

No prior travel industry experience is required. Comprehensive training and ongoing guidance are provided to ensure you feel confident and supported in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding vacation options and travel details
  • Assist with booking support for flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
  • Provide clear communication before, during, and after travel
  • Review reservations for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain organized client records and documentation
  • Deliver high-quality customer service with professionalism and care

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable navigating online systems and booking platforms
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
