The Operations Support Associate plays a key role in supporting store success by working across both retail and processing functions, serving donors and customers well, and helping maintain an organized, productive, and mission-driven environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety in their day, works well in a fast-paced setting, values teamwork, and is willing to step in wherever needed to support store operations.

What You'll Do

• Support daily operations in both the processing and retail departments
• Welcome and assist donors and customers in a friendly, timely, and professional manner
• Help create a positive experience that reflects appreciation, hospitality, and excellent service
• Assist with stocking sales floor merchandise and organizing clothing racks and displays
• Help maintain an orderly, clean, and efficient work environment
• Complete tasks accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Work closely with store leadership and team members to meet operational needs
• Travel with the Operations Support Team from store to store within the assigned zone, as needed
• Contribute to a healthy team culture that supports the mission of KARM Stores

• Basic computer skills, including typing and web browsing
