Covenant Health - - Responsibilities: Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety standards.; May answer telephone calls and route accordingly.; Receives and records changes in patient information.; Ensures procedures and corresponding diagnosis are properly recorded on the fee slip for charge entry.; Responsible for scheduling appointments for return visits and end of day procedures and balancing.
