O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; Assist the store manager in hiring process including interviews and candidate evaluations; Perform all store opening/closing duties and day end procedures; Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed efficiently and refunds are issued accurately; Ensure that all merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store
