Impact Fire Services - - Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer calls, including service dispatching, tracking and scheduling of services.; Enter, update and maintain accurate information in our operational systems, Great Plains.; Provide assistance and support to field technicians who are experiencing unanticipated delays and/or schedule changes.; Administer the check in/checkout process of technicians in accordance with company safety policy and advise supervisors of any missing/late technicians.; Establish and maintain a customer satisfaction follow up and call back procedure and provide senior management with appropriate feedback.
