Covenant Health - - Responsibilities: Meets the serving schedule for sixteen (16) groups of children which may include breakfast, lunch, and snack.; Maintains Knox County Health Department regulations.; Properly cleans and disinfects serving area and dining room after each meal.; Sorts and washes laundry (sheets, bibs, clothes, etc.) according to schedule.; Ensures that all children with allergies are served the approved foods.
