Welder - Rockford, TN | $24/hr | 7:00AM-3:30PM (Includes Weekends)

Our client is seeking an experienced Welder to join their Production Department and support the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a solid workethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and process critical metals used in production

• Weld Iridium Crucibles and other materials to precise specifications

• Clean metals using a media blaster and prepare surfaces for production

• Press and form metals to meet required standards

• Keep accurate records of all operations, both on paper and in databases

• Follow all safety and quality control procedures.

What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of welding experience (aluminum experience preferred)

• Ability to weld a variety of metals, including Iridium, platinum, and aluminum

• Strong computer skills ( MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook )

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in a technical or industrial manufacturing setting
