Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including completing detailed reports and notifying site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout technology-focused buildings, offices, and perimeter areas; Monitor access points and check identification and/or credentials per site policy, helping to control visitor entry, deliveries, and contractor access; Use site systems such as access control, visitor logs, radios, and/or CCTV to support security-related operations, including documenting patrols, alarms, and service requests
