Our needs are from January to June 2026. A 6 month full time temporary position.
We are looking to hire a Dental Associate to perform routine and complex dental procedures on patients according to their oral health needs and cosmetic concerns. The Dental Associate's responsibilities include performing comprehensive diagnosis and developing corresponding treatment plans for patients, keeping accurate records, performing quality dental care, and answering patients' questions.

Dental Associate Requirements:
Compensation and other Benefits:
• Day rate and commission on collections
• We pay malpractice insurance, a $1069 value
• 100% of Lab fees paid by the practice.

Compensation: $825.00 - $1,000.00 per day

Dental Associate Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with a dental license in Tennessee
- If you are relocating to TN and do not currently have a TN license, we can still contract with you while waiting on the license and we will pay the license fees.
- The ability to provide caring and excellent patient relationships and oral health
- The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- The ability to work as part of a team and provide suggestions and leadership capabilities to foster a team environment
- Excellent communication skills.
