Covenant Health - - Responsibilities: Take and record temperature, pulse, respiration rates, blood pressures, weights, heights, and intake-output measurements; Ambulate, and assist patients in and out of bed, into wheelchairs and transport when necessary; Provides morning or evening care, including bed bath, oral hygiene, dressing patient, changing bed linen, and general supportive care; Maintains infection control policies and safety standards; Document and maintain patient records and aid in coordinating care with RN and other staff
