Unique opportunity to join Knoxville's top rated and fastest growing commercial roofing contractor as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent. This role will include managing projects and service (repairs) as needed. We are looking for the best candidate to fill this pivotal role for our organization. Commercial roofing experience REQUIRED.

Must be drug free. Clean driving record (no DUI)

This position will be up to 40% traveling position. Each job takes about 2-3 weeks to complete. Most all of your work is independent, and we have extremely high expectations for production. Commercial roofing superintendents are the first onsite and last to leave. Start to finish, production ranging from small repairs to million dollar reroof projects is under your direct supervision.

Roofing is a dynamic, face-paced environment. Things can change in an instant.

Expectations:

• Work closely with project manager to ensure all aspects of jobs are completed
• Communicate with sales to ensure customers are kept up to date at every step
• Monitor weather to be sure no water comes through during production
• Ensure roofs are installed in accordance with manufacturer spec and contract scope
• Ensure all materials needed for install are available
• Identify possible issues and work with project manager to develop solutions
• Ensure jobs will be "dried in" at the end of each workday
• Prepare daily production reports through our app
• Perform extremely accurate roof take-off measurements
• Heavy object lifting and regular ladder climbing
