Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through turnover. Lead budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination to ensure seamless project execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and field teams. Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to confirm scope alignment and ensure constructability. Monitor project costs, track changes, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Partner closely with Superintendents to resolve field issues, maintain jobsite safety standards, and ensure quality control. Facilitate project meetings, prepare progress reports, and uphold high communication standards with all stakeholders. Drive successful closeout, ensuring punch lists, documentation, and warranty items are completed on time.

Proven experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination. Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the company professionally with owners and design partners. A detail-oriented, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining organization and accuracy. Experience partnering effectively with field leadership to keep projects on track. A commitment to quality, transparency, and high-level client service. Familiarity with East Tennessee subcontractor markets (preferred but not required).
