Job Details

Responsible for the repair and maintenance of plumbing, HVAC equipment, life safety equipment, pumps, exhaust fans, pneumatic tube systems, building automation, Med Gas systems, electrical equipment, and nurse call systems. Requires utilizing an auger machine, compressed air, refrigeration equipment, and various mobile commercial equipment. Essential Functions.
