Description:

The File Clerk is responsible for managing and maintaining file organization in the file room. Primary Responsibilities:Create new case files. File all incoming correspondence into case files. Maintains file room, ensuring all hard-copy files are created/filed correctly. Maintains document destruction calendar of closed case files. Oversees on-site shredding of documents/files. Review monthly reports to pull and organize closed case files. Assist with coverage at receptionist desk. Other related duties as assigned. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. A minimum of two years of office experience. File room experience a plus....File Clerk, Clerk, Administrative
