O'Charley's - 8077 Kingston Pike - Responsibilities: Sets up and breaks down dish machine; Washes and stores in the correct place all dishes, small wares and glasses; Checks water temperature during dishwashing to ensure proper temperature; Cleans and keeps dishroom and detergent storage area neat; Works as a team with all OCharleys team members to maintain a clean kitchen area and efficient food service
