As a Capture Manager, you will conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research to drive company growth and expand PSI's federal footprint. You will manage capture opportunities from early pipeline stages through proposal transition, while maintaining a robust and strategic business development pipeline.
Lead capture opportunities from initial pipeline identification through proposal handoff
Collect, analyze, and disseminate critical market intelligence to leadership
Conduct detailed qualitative and quantitative market research for new business opportunities
Review and analyze solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) to support proposal strategy and development
Assess competitive positioning and identify discriminators for new business pursuits
Monitor government contracting databases and curate actionable opportunity findings
Conduct financial analysis of the business pipeline for executive reporting
Support proposal development and cross-functional initiatives
Attend industry events to expand networks and identify emerging opportunities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in capture management or business development
Experience in a fast-paced federal contracting environment preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and CRM systems
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while safeguarding sensitive information
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
Ability to work in a standard office environment using typical office equipment
May require lifting up to 15 pounds
