Frequently Hired Positions

• Apprentices (Entry-Level) - for those serious about learning the trade and turning it into a lucrative career.
• Installers (Experienced) - skilled plumbers who install all manner of plumbing systems, like drain re-pipes and tankless installs, all while providing 5-star customer service.
• Service Techs (Experienced) - skilled plumbers who diagnose our clients' plumbing issues and provide them with the best solution, all while providing 5-star customer service.

Important things to know about these positions:

• They are full-time.
• They have a Monday through Friday schedule (no weekends, on-call 1-2 weeks/year).
• They are in-person will require you to meet at our shop in Knoxville at 7:30AM every workday.
• Apprenticeships start at $15/hr.
• Experienced positions have a performance-based (commission) pay structure that typically provides $80-$120K/year. Installers are paid a percentage of all revenue completed. Service techs are paid a percentage of revenue completed as well as a percentage of all jobs sold.
