Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking dedicated individuals for the On-Call Evenings and Weekend position in office from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm This role involves monitoring calls and text from both Caregivers and Clients. The ideal candidate will be attentive, reliable, and committed to delivering quality care as part of our trusted team.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to on-call and text message requests during evenings and weekend hours
- Communicate effectively with management regarding client status
- Maintain accurate records of calls and messages provided from Caregivers and Clients
- Ability to work on-call during evening hours as well as weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor
- Experience in home care or related fields preferred but not required
- Competitive pay of $20.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly
