The role involves overseeing steel detailing and engineering projects, ensuring quality and accuracy in structural designs, and collaborating with construction teams for successful project completion.DutiesManage and supervise the drafting team, ensuring timely completion of design projects.Utilize software such as Tekla and SDS2 software to create detailed designs and schematics.Oversee the development of mechanical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.Conduct regular reviews of drafts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project guidelines.Maintain organized records of all designs, revisions, and project documentation.ExperienceProven experience in a detail management role or similar position within the engineering or architectural field.5-10 years of experience.Strong proficiency in design software including Tekla and SDS2.Demonstrated expertise in mechanical design principles and system design processes.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality work while fostering a collaborative team environment.
