Position Description: This position supports the Risk Management team with project and operational auditing and compliance efforts.

Core Responsibilities:

Develop a working knowledge of relevant regulations, state employment laws, and customer compliance requirements. (Full-Commitment)

As applicable, coordinate with project site administration to review and audit BEC and subcontractor weekly payroll and other records to ensure that project contractual requirements and state employment requirements are achieved. (True Craftsmanship)

Create and maintain project compliance dashboards and coordinate with Operations to support project compliance needs. (One-Community)

Provide general support to the Risk Management team as assigned to include tasks such as supporting licensing and registration and processing of contracts and other documents for signature. (High-Character)
